If you love those classic toaster treats you will really like this cookie. We have two flavors - Strawberry and Lemon pop tart. Both are soft vanilla cookie base. The strawberry is filled with fresh strawberry preserves and topped with strawberry glaze. The lemon cookie is filled with lemon curd and topped with a lemon glaze.
